1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the tk98 platform in any capacity — including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all versions of the tk98 platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device. No separate agreement is required; your act of using the platform constitutes acceptance.

tk98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of tk98 following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on tk98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 is strictly forbidden.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law as applicable to you personally.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to your account or jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking capacity may not register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of tk98 or any of its affiliated game providers.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on tk98. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, tk98 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your tk98 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tk98 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. tk98 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

tk98 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal delays and may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All financial transactions on tk98 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tk98 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate at tk98's discretion.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

tk98 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. tk98 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method remains active and accessible.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on tk98 is ৳500 BDT per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced verification procedures under tk98's AML policy.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. tk98 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within approximately 15 minutes for standard transactions. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding, where a withdrawal triggers AML review, or during periods of high transaction volume.

tk98 reserves the right to decline, delay, or place on hold any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tk98 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts. Players with dormant accounts will be notified by email prior to any fees being applied and are encouraged to log in to reactivate their account at any time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by tk98 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable as cash. All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Players should read all promotional terms carefully before opting in.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tk98 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated tools to engage with bonus offers. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, tk98 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and permanently close the associated account(s).

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk98 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino games or poker formats.
• Conducting transactions through tk98 for money laundering or any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, or threatening conduct toward tk98 staff or other players.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your account or use the platform in any capacity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk98 platform — including but not limited to the tk98 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of tk98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tk98 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of tk98 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
